VMF(AW)314, The Original Black Knights, front and center!! PCSd to The Black Knights in July, 1958 from VMF-251 (Opa Locka). We did our thing in Ping Tung, Taiwan, in '58 & '59. Worked on the APQ-51A Firecontrol System (the F4D, delta wing, flying fuel cell LMAO). Lt. Col. Dan Johnson, Commanding; Maj. Marvin Russell, XO.

That is awesome. Do you have any other squadron pictures like that? If you do I would love them. I did one West Pac with the Black Knights and one with VMFA-323 the Death Rattlers.
