When I entered Boot Camp

Went in the Corps in Aug-1961. First stop was Yemesse S.C.
Was there for 4 Days. Got to Parris Is and was in Rec for a
week. We formed Plt-260. Graduated Nov 16th-1961.

JDI-SGT J. Grassilli Jr
JDI-Cpl F. L. Overcash
Our SDI had a Nickname in the Plt it was "LOCKER-BOX FREDDY"
Did a lot of DUCK-WALKING with those boxes on our Backs.
AS I look back I wouldn't of wanted it any other way. Built a lot

**FOOTNOTE** I was a SGT in Nam and one day we got some replacements in. And my former JDI-Ware was one of them and he was a L/Cpl. Any ideas what happenen then???
