Hi everyone, I am a new member here, found this site through another forum.
I just have some simple questions that hopefully some of the current and former Marines can help me with.
I am currently looking at two possible enlistment options. My original choice was to sign up for the "BX" option, which includes the MOS 0511 (MAGTF Planner). I was wondering if there are any Marines out there that had contact or worked with people who held/holds this MOS? there are not that much information out there regarding this MOS.
Also, I am looking at the "DD" option, which is Intelligence/Signal Intelligence. From what I have researched, it seems like a lot, if not most, of the applicants who get this contract ends up as a 0231. Now, I have no problem being an 02, I was just wondering if there is a bigger chance of getting an 02 rather than one of the 26xx MOS (Signal Intel)?
