Didn't that just come out in the 90S........well the 80s.........70s........oh crap I am getting old too! I remember it well, that dam thing just sit there and vibrated as the little men moved to the vibrations. Talk about dumb luck, no way to control it, it just went where ever they went!

Thanks for the memories.

I remember "electric" football as a kid. I had one of those football games where the offensive player slid the offensive play upside down into a sleeve that was positioned on a sort of glass table so that the defensive player could not see the play and the progression of the play. The defensive player then slid his defense play on top of the offensive play. The table light was then turned on as the offensive player pulled his play to show the success or failure of his offense selection. If his solid line (indicating a run) was stopped by various defensive symbols like fumble or tackle the play was stopped. If the offensive play was a pass (indicated by a dotted line) and the dotted line went uninterrupted to the reciever...then the pass was complete.
Oh, yeh, the first football helmet I ever tried on was a leather football helmet. I wore it once! Luckily the school that I went to received funds to get new helmets. Now..that's really dating myself. LOL

"electric" football the for front to the Electronic games sold new for $19.95 :bunny:That was a lot of loot back then. Comparable to $81 today. But I personally wouldn't pay $20 for a vibrating board with plastic men bouncing around on it. LOL Even for nostalgic's sake.

No bids?! amazing. Neighbor kid scored a set for xmas, superbowl IV Kansas City vs Minnesota. An older kid suggested a method to the spastic vibrating fire drill madness and better scoring chances before it was resigned to the attic.

Offense sets up one player then defense and so on until the last two players. Rock, paper scissors or flip a penny and see who wins the final piece placement before the "snap" one of which was probably the ball carrier. All positions were eligible to run the ball, keep the cats awayhttp://www.leatherneck.com/forums/images/icons/icon6.gif

When a field goal was called for we folded a piece of paper into a triangle and gave it a flick instead of using that little felt "football" and the place kicker that came with the set.
