Do any of you Marines remember a singer...Carole King?? She wrote a song, called "Tapestry". If you listen....the "Man of fortune, with a leathered hide, and tattered clothes, who sat on a river rock, and turned into a toad, after reaching for something gold, hanging from a tree, but....his hand came down empty." That song is about returning Viet Nam Vets, reaching for help, and friendship, only to find that they were not accepted by our society, as Hero's......just criminals. Gunner.....thanks for the youtube.com web site. Didn't care much about the "music", but her view of how Viet Nam Vets were being treated, and how we've suffered, really bothered me......because she was right! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!.....SEMPER FI....Doc Greek
