So I'd really like to get my jump wings, but from my understanding basic infantry doesn't qual for it. Just wondering if that was true or not.

We will see, and only time will tell. Seriously don't jump the gun on stuff like that because you are going to get pretty much the same answer from everyone here. Take it one step at a time and when you have completed training then ask someone at your unit what your chances for that are.

Oh, and I knew Admin Marines with jump wings, MOS has nothing to do with it. If your unit has a quota and they don't mind sending you, you can go.
