Evening all, this is something I have been curious about for the last couple of weeks, and am finally getting around to asking the question. Who here comes from a family of Marines. Myself I am a Second Generation Marine. This includes my Uncle who served in Vietnam, My Dad who served in the late 70's to the mid 80's, and then myself. Together we have 14 years service combined, and is something that myself, Dad, and Uncle take very serious and are very proud of. Semper Fi:usmc:

God bless all of you Marines.

I'm the first in my family. My godfather was a Marine during the late 70's. Gimme about 17 years and we'll see what this lil Marine to be decides to do.

Im the first Marine in my family. I have daughters that are just itching to serve they know how clear our apartment room by room and they PT. The 4yr old does 10 good push ups and the 3 yr old does 10 sloppy push ups finished by a nice yell of MARINE CORPS.

I'm a first generation American and it was I who first served in our country's military, the Marine Corps being the start of my military career. My father was in the navy and my grandfather in the army, but with the losing team.
