SORRY, HE'S GOT TO GO. WE ALL KNOW THE MARINE CORPS.

I think it should depend on wether he inhaled or not! Besides, like RONALD511 said, I'm sure he'll never do it again!!

Sorry has NOTHING to do here;
The Okinawa Customs Office estimated the "960 units" of marijuana was valued at $16,600.
He was most likely dealing.
With the civilian that was sentenced to a two-year suspended prison term in April.
As with haniojane...he either guilty or he's not.
He will be tried by a court under the UCMJ.
That court will determine his quilt or lack of.
The very last words issued by my Drill Instructor some 45 years ago;
"If you dance to the piper tune, you will be required to pay the piper".
What he meant;
If you do wrong, you will have to answer for that wrong.
Best keep clean than you won't have to worry about answering.
We all required to determine what's right from what's wrong.
Failing to do right
We will have to pay for the wrong.
He should have known that dealing was going to require time in prison.
He has only himself to blame.
Core Values start with the individual.
Several times I've been offered mary jane, once I almost had to fight because I refused.
Mary jane is a gateway drug.
Buried too many of my friends, that thought it was "cool"...

Some of that sarcasm was finely tuned boys! LOL.

I don't disagree with anyone, here so far.

My own first thought, was that if yer too stupid to get away with it, don't try it. That misjudgement alone on the Sergeant's part would lead me to question his fitness to lead. "The Peter Principle" applies in the Marine Corps, too, folks!

Most of the nations on earth have drug seeking dogs in all of their major imported mail and shipping distribution points, as well as in smaller venues within those nations. Not to mention a variety of other issues that come to mind. I've got a real problem with a Sergeant of Marines who is that sloppy with his planning.

I agree with ya, wrbones, you too, MillRatUSMC! The first thing, it is illegal almost everywhere. The second, it is illegal in the Corps. Thats 2 big NO, NOs right there! The third is, it is hard to smuggle as it is, why would you even attempt it when you have hot spots all over the world??

I feel that he is a traitor to the uniform we wear and diserves evrything coming his way. NO Tolerance means just that.
