Combat Engineer question

I was recently talking with a friend who is a Combat Engineer Marine,
and he was telling me about the different types of Combat Engineers
and he said some thing about CEB. He said they were like 'super grunts',
and that they did more things like urban sweep rather than other types of
Combat Engineers who did more construction than CEB.
does any one know anything about this or how to get picked for this?

POP QUIZ poolee: If they are Super Grunts, then why have normal grunts? Doesn't super grunt just sound retarded? WTF is an urban sweep? You mean the "push" through Falluah? or maybe Ramadi?

Good on you for coming in here for a reality check. I'm just saying think it out a little bit. We all have jobs to do, let's not go blurring lines. And don't tell me your boy is in 1st CEB.. :D I'm up to my ******* in those guys lately..

first off.... CEB and GRUNTS are the same team. we help them with their job and they help us with ours. neither one is better than the other. there is no super anything when lead is flying...

Did ya see the big ol' :D on there? I work right next to them (literally the barracks is divided in half) Just a joke about the rivalry that comes from workin' in close quarters. The part I underlined is EXACTLY what I was tryin' to say-thanks!
