ANYBODY FOR A JUDEO-CHRISTIAN-ISLAMIC AMERICA?
-- Still More Idiocy From CAIR And The National Council Of Churches!

Nonsense is nonsense, foolishness is foolishness, and stupidity is stupidity. Sometimes it is difficult to tell where one ends and another begins. Sometimes the three are combined into one incredible piece of sheer arrogance. For example, take the latest proposal coming from the American Muslim Council (AMC). This proposal transcends nonsense, foolishness, and stupidity. It is a brazen, malicious, and obnoxious attempt to insinuate Islam into the fabric of American society. It is aimed at no less than the destruction of the US Constitution, American culture, and all the freedoms fought for by George Washington, Tom Paine, Abraham Lincoln and countless others.
The AMC and their running dogs at CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), and at MAS (Muslim American Society), say the phrase "Judeo-Christian" must go. They have suggested "Judeo-Christian-Islamic" as a replacement. A few dunderheads, not to be outdone in witlessness by Mortimer and Bullwinkle, have said they would settle for "Abrahamic"...and they don't mean "Abrahamic" as in "Abrahamic" Lincoln.
Hannah Hawk, spokesperson for the Houston Muslim Public Affairs Council, said, "Islamic values are not only compatible with American values, they're almost identical." Yes, and Jefferson Davis' values and Honest Abe's values were almost identical save for that little matter of slavery. And who could say that Joseph Goebbels' values were much different from those of Winston Churchill's? Well -- just about everybody but Goebbels.
But Ms. Hawk wasn't finished. "I personally believe," she said, "(that) the most Islamic country in the world is America, where we believe in freedom of religion, freedom of the press and equality of all."
America -- the most Islamic country in the world? Not even Mortimer and Bullwinkle could be induced to believe that crap? Jethro Bodine, with a mouthful of stewed crawdads, a ham hock in one hand and a bowl of chitlins in the other, would have pronounced that statement as ridiculous. Shane would not have called her "a dirty Yankee liar." He would have found something more appropriate and more damning.
Do Muslims believe in freedom of religion? Yes -- when they are a minority. However, once they achieve majority status, they stable their horses and goats in the Christian churches, desecrate the synagogues, and force all second-class People of the Book (Christians and Jews) to go into their closets to pray. They erect Jim Crow laws that would have made Nathan Bedford Forrest drool with envy, and they tax, tax, tax their minorities till they cease to exist.
There is no place for Buddhists and Hindus in Islamic society. There are no atheists; there are no agnostics. Deists like Tom Paine and Thomas Jefferson would not be tolerated.
Why is it that among the hundreds of millions of Muslims, there is not one single doubter, one lone village atheist, one solitary free spirit who believes that religion is crap, that Mahomet was an angry, violent, and vengeful man -- which he was -- and that he created a religion that is far closer to fascism than it is to any other religion?
One measures religious freedom by the number of atheists, agnostics, and freethinkers a state is willing to tolerate. Where there is no toleration, there is no freedom. Needless to say, there is no religious freedom in any Islamic country. One might say life behind the crescent is nasty and brutish, though not necessarily short.
Islam has taken advantage of America's freedom of the press. It allows American-based Muslims to print comic books. That's right. They print comic books to their heart's content. No, not "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves" or "The Arabian Nights." Their titles include: "Why Allah Turned Jews Into Monkeys and Pigs." These, in turn, are distributed, gratis, to poor children in the ghettoes. Even Joseph Goebbels never thought of that one -- though, not surprisingly, Islam's freedom of the press does not extend to such contrarians as Salmon Rushdie.
As an organized interest group, Muslims have not conducted themselves as good Americans. They have not condemned Mohammed Atta and his Islamist-fascist companions; they have made excuses for them.
Thousands of Muslim-Americans have marched in anti-American demonstrations; few, if any, have marched in support of America.
But now let's get down to brass tacks about the notion of a "Judeo-Christian-Islamic" America. America has produced George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Jonas Salk, Andrew Carnegie, Abner Doubleday, Samuel Goldwyn, and George Burns, among countless others. Islam has produced the Ayatollah Khomeine, Yasser Arafat, Osama bin Laden, Sami al-Arian, Saddam Hussein, Mohammed Atta, and an endless stream of Mad Mullahs who preach hatred of the non-Muslim world and little else.
Despite all this, the general secretary of the National Council of Churches, the Rev. Bob Edgar, still states, "The more inclusive we can be, the more committed we are to the founding fathers and mothers who struggled with the issue of respect for each others religious faiths."
Of course, Edgar prefers "Abrahamic." However, his reference to the "founding mothers" exposes this wretch for what he is. The National Council of Churches has far more to do with socialism and political correctness than it has to do with religion.
As we said, nonsense is nonsense, foolishness is foolishness, and stupidity is stupidity. A Judeo-Christian-Islamic America would be an abomination only a boob from the National Council of Churches could contemplate.
