Do Artillery Marines gain alot of muscle? I've heard they get pretty big from lifting the 100 lb projectiles over and over again.

Sorry ! This is my 1st stupid question haha.
And I can't sign up yet, because I turned 17 on Nov 10. ( Yes my bday is on the USMC bday) and I can only be in DEP for a year, so I'm signing my contract when school ends. So I can go to boot camp 1 week after I graduate.
