I have a website that I recently established at www.my5k5k.com (http://www.my5k5k.com) The purpose of the site is to help eliminate debt or save a combined $5000 and to run a 5K in a specific time frame. I am trying to help people take control of their lives both physically and financially. I served in the Marines for 9 years and last served as an instructor at the Advanced Infantry Training Company at the School of Infantry.
