I listened to the whole pod cast and though I have never been in a "WAR"
This sounded like the story of my freakin life.

This looks very similar to the works by Lt.Col Dave Grossman.
I hope it expands a bit more on some of his theories.

I been away from the net for many months due to health-Head issues.

The above link is good to go!!! Theres no sure cure to any trouble. Making time to reflect on our issues and lots of face time with friends that have been there sure helps. Being honest with the commitment to our own healing n no one else's time chart or troubles while using all the knowledge on the subject to find happy ground and a way to coup day to day with ourselves and those in our lives.
