Senior Project Help

Hello Everyone,
I need help finding video clips for a movie im making for senior project. I mainly looking for footage of training at Parris Island. My recruiter gave me some dvd with clips and all that but I dont know how get them into my movie. I also dont know how to get clips off the internet into my video. Anyone know how to do this???

There is a video you can access online called, "Making Marines". It is a production that shows the three phases of Marine boot. The video I am referring to follows a few recruits through their time on Parris Island during 2001. If you cant find it, I may be able to help you.
