How to Fix a Ribbon Rack?

Hello, First off I want to say thank you for serving second I have a problem. I am in AJROTC and just got my fifth row of ribbons and am not excited of the look on my Class A jacket. They are that no space rack that become all arped over time. They only had one 15 bar so I grabbed it and it's absolute crap. How can I fix it?

I would order a new one online.

They are made from thin aluminum, it isn't worth the headache trying to manipulate.

The problem is I can't get another one. I can't even order on through my AJROTC unit.

Is there a local base around? Or a military surplus store might help you out.
