Chevron & Service stripe placement.....

I have a new dress blue blouse that I want to have chevrons and service stripes put on.......I am going to a civilian tailor to have it done.....

Can someone give me the locations on the sleeves where the service stripes go...I really never paid much attention to where they are sewn on.......

The order is MCO P1020.34.g
