3rd Marines moving from Japan to Guam. Has anyone heard about this?

I hear alot about it and would be nice to work out of Guam if that's the case. I believe there is a time frame of 2010-2011.

Yea, possibly 4k marines plus dependents will be heading to the island. It's still in the planning stages or at least nothing's concrete because Japan's paying for most of the relocation move and infrastructures for the units housings between Navy NCTAMS and Andersen Air Force Base. It looks like the deer and wild pigs will end up in Tumon's hotel row.
