Soldiers' Angels Receives Holiday Cards Donation from GalleryCollection.com

Military support organization Soldiers' Angels is receiving holiday greeting cards from GalleryCollection.com to include in the 180,000 care packages planned for deployed Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Guardsmen this December holiday season.

Pasadena, CA (PRWEB) September 10, 2008 -- Soldiers' Angels, the nation's largest volunteer-led non-profit military support organization, announced today that it is receiving a donation of 180,000 personalized holiday cards from GalleryCollection.com. The cards will be sent to all deployed military men and women serving in Iraq and Afghanistan as a part of the Soldiers' Angels Wrapped in Holiday Spirit program.

GalleryCollection.com is the country's leading business Christmas cards and corporate holiday cards publisher. Last year GalleryCollection.com donated holiday cards for every soldier stationed overseas and the greeting cards publisher decided to do the same again this year.

The holiday cards donation consists of three different peace-themed designs. Each card contains a personalized message, thanking the soldiers for their service and wishing them a happy holiday season and New Year.

The holiday cards donation is being received through the Soldiers' Angels' Wrapped in Holiday Spirit program, one of the organization's 23 teams and programs that provide relief and support to members of the U.S. military along with their family and friends.

The Wrapped in Holiday Spirit program is coordinating efforts to provide all 180,000 military personnel serving in Iraq and Afghanistan a care package for the holidays that will include the personalized holiday card from GalleryCollection.com, a handmade blanket, a collection of yummy snacks, socks, and a stainless steel travel mug.
