I've been asked this question ALOT lately. I'll volenteer becuase I believe this way of life is worth defending. Why did you volenteer? (so I can tell them why all of us volenteer)
I volenteerd because a wall was going up in Berlin,and I thought the S**T was going to hit the fan.I didn't want army.

I volunteered because it was the best option for me and what I wanted in many aspects... school, career, physical fitness, respect and Marines could offer all of it one package basically
