Hi this probably going to be a stupid question. But I was in the Marine Corps in 1981-85 and need to know my Service# to request a copy of my DD214. I have no idea what they are looking for, can anyone help me with this. I do have my original but I don't find anything that says service # on it. Thanks.

your DI didnt make you memorize it???

Joining up in 83, my Service Number was the same as my SSN.

Yeah I am sure he did, but I am old and senile now, maybe it was my ssn, thanks for the repies

At the bottom of the form it will say what copy it is........:evilgrin:
