MRI finds no further damage for Navy QB

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Navy football coach Ken Niumatalolo says magnetic resonance imaging has not found any further damage to his top quarterback’s strained hamstring.
Kaipo-Noa Kaheaku-Enhada was injured during a scrimmage Saturday.
Niumatalolo says there is no timetable for the quarterback’s return, so the team will prepare for the season opener as if slot back Jarod Bryant will be the starting quarterback.
The Midshipmen will start the season Aug. 30 against Towson.
Niumatalolo says he won’t change the team’s triple-option offense to fit Bryant’s style.
