Was curious how many of you Marines, Poolee's, and Friends compete in Tri's or IronMan's. I have been training the last 6 months for my next race in Sept. Its the Disney World Triathlon.
.9 mile swim
25 mile bike
6.2 mile run
Last year it was a 36 mile bike. It was brutal but I survived. I have my first mock tri tomorrow morning at 0530. It'll be a 17 mile ride to the lake a 1.2 mile swim, 17 mile ride back, and a 6 mile run. Its not exactly like the official race but a little extra. Should be nice and sore tomorrow.
