Allright well i am on day 2 of my Convalescent Leave and i have 30 day's, I had reconstructive surgery on my ACL that i tore 2 months ago, I am beginning to go insane because i can barely move. What do you all suggest doing? I want to do some type of PT I can't just let myself go that is for sure. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I was on con leave twice, once for 10 days another for 19 days or so. (30 is the most you can get in a fiscal year without a letter from the commandant or something haha)

I feel your pain man, literally and figuratively. My left foot was broken. All my friends were in college, or working. I was bored out of my freaking mind.

Are you at home or just chillin on base?

You can do chair presses to work your biceps, triceps and pecs. You can also just use free weights for your upper body.
