Dear Kim,

WOW! What an Honor to actually hear from a Marine on Leatherneck.....makes me feel great. We currently are just about to enter Phase II. Our platoon started out at 93 and now we are at 63. Now I understand why the Marines are the best. Anyone can join........but who can stay? Suicide, PCP, MRP, quitters, beligerants).....so many no life people. Glad they are gone. Still about 10 more I wish would drop. Weak ones going to sick call eery other day.....the ones with horrible attitudes. Oh well.

Life here was at first horrible and extremely had to get used to. I'm used to the sore muscles, yelling, and the routine of every day but, believe me.........they still throw curve balls. I've been QD soooooo many times. Most of the time I get the luck of the draw........oh well.

Thanks again for the card and the support. Write back! Also spread my address around, maybe I can get more Marine mail. Wouldn't mind some stories.

Take care of yourself.

Sincerely
Justin A Seybert
