Flag Day in Appleton, WI
The Marines in the Iwo Jima float were live! Little kids along the parade route knew that this was something special and stood, saluted to show their respect, and thus honored our heroes. This was the last float in the parade. As an Army veteran, I like to chide Marines, but for their bravery and patriosm, I can only say "Semper Fi" and above all, Well Done.
