Help with entering data..Need moderator help to resolve

I am unable to add picture to profile, create a gallery, add attachments or add my site to the links page. Please understand my frustation. I throughly enjoy this site and took out the Premium Membership, yet I see many others that have done these things. Is there a software problem? Is the designer aware? Can some post a message with the status if it pertains to others as well.
I keep getting a "I do not have permission" statement.
