The Marine Corps College Fund and the GI Bill Kicker

I was given the Marine Corps College Fund by my recruiter upon enlistment. It increases my GI Bill benefits. I am wondering if any of you know if I can also purchase the GI Bill Kicker, which as most of you know also increases the GI Bill benefits or if these two programs are one and the same and my College Fund is just another name for the kicker.
