I know there is a so-called max age for enlistment. Do any of you have knowledge of a 38 year old being allowed to re-enlist with only 1 year of service. I was discharged with a reenlistment code...
It is 29 years plus your time in service no waiver required. Your cut off would be 30. A waiver would be required after age 30 in your case. The Army or ANG might be able to work with you and is only a suggestion and not mockery. You might be able to look into that and put the uniform back on.
Where the heck is Sgt Brooks to field these questions ;)

yeah.....of course you know that would be a last resort. I had talked to an Army recruiter about 2 years ago and he wasn't too keen on having to get a waiver for me. Now I will have to have one for having 3 young ones as well. It must be a headache to get a waiver. I have been hoping, for some reason, they would open it up for my age group for a short time.
