4.2 mile run, after humping with flak and kevlar for longer distances for a pool function, felt like nothing. By chance I just happened to run into OSO South Bay and OSO Berkeley, and managed to smoke about half the officer candidates there. Felt real good to motivate both civilians and even officer candidates who have already finished PLC increments. Showed that someone hailing from an RSS can keep up and sound off with a little cadence.
