this is just my personal motovation for the month because exactly 1 month ago i started working out trying to get in shape in order to get down to MEPS. i went from...

Last Month (3/9/08)

1mile run~ 10:00 flat
Push Ups~ 35
Pull Ups~1
Sit Ups~53

I weighed 288
and im 6'4

Today (4/9/08)

1 Mile Run~ 8:18
Push Ups~49
Pull Ups~2 (almost 3)
Sit Ups~66

I weigh 277
and im still 6'4 ha! ha!

I just wanted to post this up to show people that im trying my hardest, eventhough I know you need to be able to run more than a mile, im currently working on my speed and then my endurance.

If any other Poolee's or Marine friends or anybody else ect... would like to post theirs up feel free. I'm just really motivated on my acomplishments over the last month and I feel like nothing can stop me:banana:!!!

P.S. Does anybody know where I can find a Height and Weight guide for me in order to DEP in? I googled it and found it but my computer is not very effective and would not show it. Thanks in Advance!

Congrats on the improvements, keep up the good work. Im gonna tell you, though, you're REALLLLLLLLY gonna need to work a lot harder on those pull-ups! I understand you're 277lbs, and thats a lot of weight to pull, so stay consistant with your running and cardio exercises, and you'll see better results.

Your most recent run time isn't bad. Get your times on 1.5 miles, you'll have a better view on where your at. Keep it up.
