I am trying to locate my Drill Instructor, S/Sgt Ron Akins who shaped Plt. 308 into a great Marine Platoon. Its been 51 years since this happened but its still vivid in my memory. In fact I just visited MCRD this weekend and it still brought back fond memories of the past. So any help you can give me will be most appreciated.
