Is there a MOS that pertains to a dog handler? Such as a dog that sniffs out explosives, or anything like that?

The only reason I am going to even answer this is based on the fact that you do have a profile.
The MOS you are looking for is 5812- Military Working Dog Handler
You must be a 5811- MP as a prereq, be a LCpl, and be accepted by a board.
I'm not really going to go into detail with it any more then what I have because a quick search on google would have landed you all the answers you want really....
