First read the Poolee Rules, like where you can post. Start reading all the Sticky Posts (http://www.leatherneck.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=9). You can find a lot of info.

Just start running. Do pushups , pull ups and enjoy your time at home. Soon enough youll be on the yellow footprints.

Run, study as much as possible. Work on talking in the third person, know your general orders and simple boot camp knowledge your recruiter should have given you a simple study guide. I studied how to ask to go to the head and it paid off on black friday my drill instructors were so amazed that i knew how to ask they let me. Pull ups are major and count a lot for your Physical fitness test (pft) so the more you can do the better. The best advice i can give you is just be mentally prepared the biggest challenge is getting the mental part down. Bootcamp is all games to break you down and build you back up again, so don't let anything bring you down - take it and use it. Sleep as much as you can, eat as fast and as much as you can and always give 200%. Take it easy devil pup.

Personally I run at least 4-5 days a week at the moment, pullups 5 days a week and every other day or so crunches, along with eating right and drinking lots of water good luck.
