Best wishes to your son and his fellow Marines. I spotted my son on a couple occasions through the various official Marine Corps websites. You might wish to take a gander and view your son's Battalion/Regiment website or go to usmc.mil and search for image (close to the upper left hand corner the last I looked.) If your son transported on , say, the Kearsarge, you could always go to the Navy's/Kearsarge's website... you might find his photo there.
