Reserve Marines

Q: As a Marine Force Reservist, can you recieve BAH + BAS, at any point of time; maybe during SOI/MCT, MOS schooling, etc?

Why would you need that during MOS school or MCT? You aren't there very long and you live in the barracks.

When ever you are on active duty you recieve bah and bas. Even at MOS you will recieve partial
