Family Full Of Marines

A Frankfort family was honored Wednesday for their support of the U.S. Marines Corps. Mr. and Mrs. David Rawlings have two sons in the Marine Corps and now their daughter is on her way to joinng the ranks. After graduating college, Kelli Rawlings, decided she wanted to join her older and younger brothers in service. She leaves for recruit training on Parris Island, South Carolina, at the end of the month. A spokesperson for the Louisville Recruiting Station says it is unusual for a family to have so many people in the immediate family serving at the same time, which is why they thought the Rawlings deserved special recognition.
