Just got back from MEPS

And I'm now a poolee. Even though I'm sleep deprived and my parents are going to throw another fit, I'm incredibly happy and I can't wait for this semester to finish.

I'm not sure how to change my profile thing from Marine friend to poolee, and the search function didn't quite work out. I'd appreciate the help with changing my status.

Congrats bro; on the index page (home page) there is a block on the left that says "Updates" which has a link in that block that says "My Status". You can change your status to poolee through that link.

Wait, really? SSgt Mac's a great man! Since I'm all freaking tired and crap I'm not going to go. I'm trying to reset my internal clock because I was nocturnal all of last month. I'd probably collapse during PT, so I'll see you next Thursday (I have class on Tuesday nights now). Oh yeah, don't upset Sgt. Mulholland today, he's ****ed at "boss."

Lol, yea SSgt Mac is quite the Marine. Him and Sgt Mulholland helped ease my wife's angst. I'll see you Thursday then, thats my last PT though. I'm leaving for The Island Monday the 28th. Can't freaking wait, I'm am all sorts of motovated!!

Congrats on becoming a poolie. I like you was going to college for a bit and was deped in at the end of november. Finished up my semester of college and I got 13 days left until I go to Paris Island. Nothing motivated me more in my life then getting sworn in and raising my right hand and taking that oath. I was real happy and proud of myself, cant wait imagine what it's going to feel like when I graduate from boot camp.

I enlisted for next semester of college that starts Feb.2nd and was going to go to boot in August or late May, but due to recent events Feb.11th is my shipdate, you will get real anxious to leave, when I dep'ed in October, I thought that 1st Semester would never end lol...
