Braces??

Ok, so I have braces, and I wont be done treatment untill way after my ship date. Im going Friday to get them taken off until after boot camp and SOI. I was just wondering if I can have braces while in the fleet, like after Bootcamp and SOI? Will the Marines allow braces in the fleet?

You may get picked on...but it would be for the better.

If you get metal mouth braces back on,you may get to be the radio man.... and be used as an antenna for comm in those hard reception areas.:evilgrin:

Depends on what you need the braces for. If it's just cosmetic, than you won't be getting them on the government's dollar.
