Umm...I'm gonna take an educated guess and say...

Asking the ladies (nicely) at the PX and Cash Sales will get you what you want...instead of asking here...because from where I sit, I can tell you that I found mine on the second row against the back wall 12th ribbon over.

Dear Chili.....

He wants to know why the www.leatherneck.com (http://www.leatherneck.com) Ribbon Checker does not have the GWOT Ribbon to show in the list of ribbons. I may be wrong ,but again I am taking an uneducated guess.
