Help with VA claim

Hi all - new to this site - went through Parris Island in 1982 - honor grad from boot/Lance Corporal - went to 29 Palms for 2841 - digital electronics - got into the Mustang program and went through OCS is 1986 at Quantico - several training injuries latter, was medically discharged in January 1988. I am currently rated at 40% disabled (10% left ankle, 10% both knees and 10% back). It's been almost 20 years since I got out and I'm in alot worse shape then I was when I was discharged - any ideas/advice on how I can get reevaluated to up my disability rate?

Ok Mark first thing first. Have you been getting treatment for any of these problems? Was it at the VA or private Dr?
If you are having problems with these conditions you will need to have getting treatment and for around 6 months minimum. This will be the big thing.
To see how your condition is rated by the VA you will need to get hold of a CFR-38 this will give you some guide lines or go to one of the service organization such as Disabled American Veterans, American Legion, Am Vets and many others.
