Well I am on boot leave right now and I am curious, MCT and SOI are going to be closing for X-mas, and on my orders it stated I was to report to SOI/MCT January 1st but I was given optional orders for recruiters assistance for 28 after my boot leave, but I can't do recruiters assistance due to not having a RSS station by my house, and I do not have a vehicle. It said I could report back on December 4th to SOI/MCT, but I know my classes do not start until January 1st, what would I do in the meantime if I checked in on December 4th? does anyone know?
Working parties...camp guard. Things you'd probably rather not do.

As in working parties what entails in those and camp guard and what kind of living situations would I have?

report for duty, hang out...get the feel for the place. And if it's on Pendleton SOI...avoid me.
