It's worth taking the time to enlarge to view them and their uniforms.

Al,

I did a right click on it,saved it to my pictures then it was able to be viewed. I also right clicked and a + sign for the magnifier came up and I was able to view. Hope this helps. Semper-Fi! Chuck Hall:beer:

thanks for that oldie, but goodie. photo was taken in 1919 when Gen. Pendleton was CO. Note during his command the extra "r" was added to Paris.

I have a picture of this "human" emblem that looks like it's the original - probably a print. Can anyone give me a history on the picture?

A large version of this can be found in the Museum at Parris Island. They have some information on it. Maybe you could give them a call.
