Steve Hadford & Tony Oard

Hi I am looking for anyone out there who knows Steve Skoog aka Steve Hadford. He served his country from 1987-1991. He was based out of San Diego. Tony Oard was his best friend in the Marines. He past away a few years ago and my husband has no other Marine brothers to remember the good ol' days with. If you know Steve please send me an email and we can try and suprise him by getting you guys together!
