Every poolee should utilize this site. It is a great tool I just so happened to stumble upon the other day.

Enjoy!

Not bad at all. But, it is pretty easy to figure your scores without a calculator.

From all the "How can I calculate my score?" and "How fast do I have to run to get a 1st class pft?" questions, apparently it isn't very easy for some poolees to calculate their scores!

Patriotgirl, I can understand for women- the flexed arm hang is a little more complicated than anything the men do. But, for guys
1 point per crunch
5 points per pull up
Run starts at 100 points, deduct one for every 10 seconds over 18:00.

Not all that difficult.

If the females would just suck it up and hang for 70 seconds every time to get 100 points like I always have, then they wouldn't have to worry about calculating their score.

Some of us weren't born with amazing arm strength at birth, we require time and training to reach 70 seconds. ;)
