OK, please tell me if my calculations seem off. My ship date is June 2nd, so I should graduate August 29th, but according to the link above there isn't a female RTBN graduating on that day!!! Or am I wrong about all females being in 4th RTBN???

If it doesn't have it listed, then your miss calculated your grad date.

What ship date would I try to pick up to get thumping third? I graduate June 4th but my classes end about a week earlier (and my diploma becomes available). Is June 2 or 3 the date I'd be looking for?
I believe my recruiter said June 6th would get us third, but that would be on a friday, and that would mean almost no time in recieving. Is that right?

OK, I went to the MCRD SD site because it shows what your graduation date is based on your ship date. (In other words it has a column for the recruit's ship date and then a separate column for the graduation date) and my calculations are correct!!! And I've looked at a calendar, and counted 13 Fridays and again I came up with August 29th! Maybe one of you can please double check for me just to make sure my eyes are not tricking me!!! Thanks!

You only went 12 weeks, go 13 full weeks from your ship date, it is the friday of that week.
You graduate Sep 5th and that is Oscar Co 4th RtBn:banana:

OK, I went to the San Diego website and it says on there that recruits with the ship date of June 2nd Graduate on August 29th! That is the part that is confusing me. And if you count 13 Fridays then my calculations are correct. (The indoc week counts as one of the 13 weeks).

You don't look at the MCRDSD website schedule. Females always train at Parris Island.

All us ladies are in the 4th RTBn, I know from looking it up on the MCRD PI site. I'm supposed to ship out 13 November, so it says I should graduate on 08 February. It says I'll be in Papa Co. I was wondering when they were going to post the '08 grad dates, thanks for posting the link :-)

I wouldn't consider it so if they can't spell the "big werds" they are using right. It's Orifice, not Oraface ;)

No, that's just b.s. you find scribbled on the walls of the range barracks stalls and on the port-o-jons. It means absolutely nothing! All RTBNs train Marines the same.
On a side note, that page is screwed up unless something changed drastically in the last 10 months. Fox Co and Delta Co are in 2nd RTBN, not 1st.

Ha ha. Well, she has short, bright red hair. She's average height and a little husky, but not fat. She is actually in really good shape if you ask me! She kicks my butt most of the time!

Oh well we should be two peas in a pod, then! Bright red hair shouldn't be hard to miss, and surely I stick out in a crowd (or UP in a crowd, morerather...). It sounds like she is like me too - I used to be able to take down my very recent-ex, and he is Army National Guard, 6' 3", 230 pounds of muscle. Oh yeah, he's also a State Trooper too LOL. People don't tend to assume I'm that strong, which really works in my favour if you ask me ;)
