Two warriors have passed on. No, they didn't die in Iraq, they did not fight the volcanic soil on Iwo Jima. You won't read about them in your local paper; or see anything on CNN. These two warriors...

My heart is breaking with you, my friend. My daughter is crying in her room after reading this post.

Our prayers to you, your wife, and the babies. I know they are in the hands of God and safe.

Please know, your wife and you are never alone in your pain. Your boys ARE true Warriors and you have to know, they felt your love for them.

You have put your trust in knowing that they are being taken care of by your Marine family in Heaven. Your boys are now stronger, they feel no pain, there will come a time again that you will be with them. Our thoughts and our prayers are with you and your family.

Probably when God is telling the little guy's their bedtime story tonight - I'm sure he'll let them know about what a wonderful mom they have and all the great tales about their Dad - the U.S. Marine!!
Hold your wife tightly Marine!! God be with you both!

Brian, this is so painful. You will get thru this Marine.
The good part is that in a few weeks you can get right back to making more.

It took me four times to get my second son here.:usmc:

Brian, know that your grief is shared with all of us here, and myself in particular. 18 years ago in August my wife and I lost our second set of twins, our son Brian, and our daughter Briana, at birth. I want you and your wife to know that the pain will ease, but the memories will never fade. Those two brave young warriors will always be a part of your life, as ours still are to us.

Keep the faith, give your wife an extra hug, and know that we are here for you. If you ever get up Rockford way, look me up. It would be an honor to meet with you. God Bless you and your wife, and two extra candles will be lit tonight when I get home.

Brian-My heart goes out to you and your wife my friend. I couldn't imagine losing one of my children, much less two. After reading your post I am sure your sons had the same courage as it took for their father to compose that post. Stay strong and keep the faith. Semper Fi!
