Ken Bilger searching for Julio- a cook on the USS Wasp 1993

I'm looking for a cook named Julio. He was on the USS Wasp in 1993. I can't remember his last name which really hinders my search. He was stationed at Camp Lejeune. I think he was a SGT. at the time. If you know who he is or how to contact him PLEASE let me know!
