Just this past year, I've begun to try to recall the things that bother me the most as well as the things I should be most proud of. I hear that confronting your issues is better than supressing them, so I'll give that a go.
So far, I have found three 1st ANGLICO Marines who served with me in late 1967 and most of 1968. I think I know how to locate a couple more. It is of interest to know how the guys are doing.
Also, some of us may have concerns about some of the Korean Marines who we medivaced out or who may have took their leave psychologically speaking. I am working on some leads to attempt to find out what happened to a few of those Marines. No luck so far, but I'm hopefull.
If I can ease into retirement in a couple of years, I'd like to work harder at this. For now, I am beginning to compile a list of our comrades. Contact me if you are interested.
