First off, I just want to say hello to everyone, I'm new but I've been reading for a few days here. Anyway, I have a completely random question that both me and my parents were wondering about. My parents are planning a vacation out of the U.S. most likely during the time that I will be a recruit training. My father said they are going for probably a month. I was wondering if while they are away if it is still possible to send mail to them and if I can receive mail from them? Sorry for the completely random question but thanks in advance.

Yes you can send and recieve mail from out of the U.S. Just make sure the address and postage is correct. Also know about the extra time it will take to send the letter and recieve it.

You will get a couple of phone calls. Not sure if you can call out of States, so have a phone number for them that you can try, or have another family members phone number handy. You will want to talk to someone when you get your call, it is disappointing when others talk to family and you cannot get a hold of anyone.
