A law in Alexandria, Minnesota makes it illegal for a husband to make love to his wife if his breath smells like garlic, onions or sardines. <br />
A law in Oblong, Illinois makes it a crime to make love...

these are just too wrong I think there's still a set of these caled "Blue Laws" that are full of laws not really upheld these days

I know. One that I didn't put up was a law in St. Louis that make it illegal to fart in the presence of a woman. Imagine how many husbands, boyfriends or significant others would be in jail if that one was enforced.

There is a law still on the books, here in my hometown, that prohibits riding a horse in a saloon! We haven't had saloons since the turn of the last century!

The Great State of Lousyana has these laws still on the books:
First Cousins can't marry. This law wouldn't have been necessary if they weren't actually do just that. :p
In addition to one wife, each man may have one concubine.This is a former law:
In the 1980's it was legal to buy alcohol at the age of 18, but the drinking age was 21. Go figure. :confused:

Just make sure if the moment happens in Washington state you buy from only a licensed condom salesman. However, if your in Hornytown North Carolina, I don't think it matters.

It is illegal to loiter in the city morgue in Detroit
This is an easy old law to obey. Detroit hasn't had a "city morgue" in many decades.

Hotels in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, are required by law to furnish their rooms with twin beds only. There should be a minimum of two feet between the beds, and it is illegal for a couple to make love on the floor between the beds.
Might still be on the books.. but I know for a fact that is not so currently. I lived about an hour away from there.

Another law on our books is if you drive a automobile thru town, you have to have someone on foot walking in front of the Automobile warning the Horse owners so it won't scare the horses.
If you ride a horse into town you have to clean up its poop yourself!
